I like that they have different levels to track progress at so you can see where your employees are excelling. It’s nice to know if someone has been working with an employee or even themselves too long with no feedback. There definitely could be more features but it works great for what we currently use. We don't get any updates about performance until after our annual review meeting when everything was already set up by their staff during our first visit meeting. This way we can easily go back through everyone's data and identify areas to improve.
