Screen could not be replaced - not even with tools.
This was sold for my iPad but it proved impossible to install without the critical hardware I didn't have. I knew it wasn't a trivial setup, but I've already taken screenshots on other iPads. However, in this model, the touchscreen is connected to the LCD display. The only way to replace the touchscreen is to buy the entire screen/LCD assembly, not just this screen. For those with debonding/bonding alignment equipment this kit might be fine, although I wouldn't expect anyone with such gear to need the tool set that comes with this kit.
