Pros: Build quality, appearance and fit are very good. The convex mirror works very well, just like the original. The Bad: It doesn't work as a side mirror. Technically this is a "power mirror" but the main glass is only adjustable in one axis, not two like the original or others. The assembly was very easy and fits very well in the truck. However, after switching it on, you will notice two things: Firstly, the stick has no up/down function, only left/right function. Second, the left/right layout is different from the original. So if you're replacing a standard mirror, it's a confusing fit between mirrors because the controls are different. Here's the worst: The main glass does NOT rotate in two axes (up/down and left/right). Instead, it revolves around ONE diagonal axis. I bought a passenger side mirror; The main glass rotates diagonally along the axis from the top left corner to the bottom right. So when I try to adjust the mirror I can see 1 of 2 things very well: either the side of my truck or the horizon line behind me. If you think you can see other cars on the road next to you, something behind you, or anything else you normally use a side mirror for, then, like me, you're wrong. Without the convex blind spot mirror, it would be COMPLETELY useless as a side view mirror on a truck. When the best mirror arrived my 30 days were up and now I have a completely useless mirror. seem correct. Go somewhere else if you need a working mirror.
