Review on RxGENESYS Suite by Gary Newman

I like how easy it was to set up and use, the customer service support is awesome! They were able to help me get my billing information setup within 2 days after we signed a contract. The program itself is very user friendly and easy to learn. There are some slight bugs in the software but they're really working hard at making updates and fixes as quick as possible. Their customer service is top notch. It's a good system with tons of features and is constantly being updated with new features/fixes. It's worth trying out to see if you like it. We love using RxGenesy for our pharmacy because it takes away all the manual data entry for prescriptions and medical claims.
