I am an artist and I have used this product for a day. Only one. I managed to make three sketches and only ONE of those sketches was finished and ready for publication. The spring is completely worn out and the inner metal spring has fallen out. I watched this product get shorter and shorter as I painted with it, and gradually became more inaccurate as it got smaller. The quality of the material is beyond terrible - standard apple tops have lasted me ANY year and a half. And one of them lasted a day. It's just unbearable! I am incredibly disappointed and would rather have my $12 back.
