They are easy. I wanted something stronger than my glass and lighter lasagne pans. I wanted the rim around the top to be smaller than most to fit more of these in my ovens (I use several at a time). Excellent! I also wanted something more useful than chemical nonstick pans, and they were perfect for me. Also, I emailed the company with some questions and they responded promptly and in detail.
