🍳 Ceramic Coated Roasting Pan / Lasagna Pan - Durable Nonstick Surface, Stovetop and Oven Safe / Dimensions: 14 x 10.5 x 2.7 inch Review

They are easy. I wanted something stronger than my glass and lighter lasagne pans. I wanted the rim around the top to be smaller than most to fit more of these in my ovens (I use several at a time). Excellent! I also wanted something more useful than chemical nonstick pans, and they were perfect for me. Also, I emailed the company with some questions and they responded promptly and in detail.

What I love most about this pan is that you still love it (little crispy, browned bits) when you use it roast meat! I don't understand this with other non-stick pans. My only complaint is that other sizes of this pan are out of stock. Please, please make other sizes! Always less. I would donate every brazier I have and replace it with these. Worth every penny. Fantastic, fantastic product.

I assembled 6 Vesuvio pans including the lasagna pan. They are durable, made from healthy materials and very easy to clean. I use hot, soapy water and a sponge or washcloth. I have given away 8 of these pans to family members and they love them too. I cook, steam, stew, fry and bake in my pans with ease and with great success. The lasagna pan is the perfect size and not too heavy as some might think. The food cooks evenly. I highly recommend these pans.

I've used our new skillet a few times in the first week we got it to sauté zucchini with maple syrup, roast chicken, and make enchiladas. Typically, these foods stuck and burned on the pans we used and required a lot of soaking and scrubbing to clean them. This roaster is amazing as all foods just slide off, it's basically self cleaning. And the food comes out very wet. We love it and look forward to using it on cakes and sweets. In fact, we want to use it for absolutely everything!

I love DaTerra Cucina cookware and although I have lots of All Clad, Dust and Mauviel, I use these pans every day. When this broiler came out, I reached out and found it was a lot more convenient for roasting chickens or other small meals than my big All Clad (the Cadillac itself the broiler) and was a lot easier to clean. I was so glad I bought this for my daughter, a pastry chef who has just graduated from college and is building her own kitchen. It's just as perfect for baking a sheet cake…

This really is a real workhorse that I use almost every day. I don't use it to make lasagne or other casseroles, I use it to cook vegetables to add to soups or casseroles. Today I made whole mushrooms and asparagus for rice casserole: oven 300 degrees, 1 tbsp oil + 3 tbsp oil with spices, mushrooms 10 minutes, then add asparagus for another 10 minutes. So easy and such a great result! Then I added the vegetables from the pan to the cooked hot parboiled rice. It is also great for cooking chicken

This seems to be the sixth pot I've received from this company. A family product, made in Italy (not China - wow!), non-toxic and non-stick. Oh! and can be washed in the dishwasher. Okay, that's about all the products I have from them. As for this pan, it's super easy to use, clean and everything comes out nice (and tasty). Before purchasing this grill/lasagna pan, I only owned Le Creuset and All Clad cookware. Both brands are good, but only for specific purposes. I was missing something simple, super quick and easy to clean, non-stick, extremely safe, lightweight, easy to heat up and bake and fry very well.
