I like it. It's easy no matter how much water I pour. If you need to carry a lot of things, it may be a little small. In my opinion this is for running not hiking. I can fit my phone, some gu, car keys and a few other small things. The bite on the hose is great. I have braces and I was having a hard time biting off my last flap in my big Nathan backpack. This is very soft and flexible and you can extract a ton of water from it. There is only one small pocket on the front. It fits a gu or two.
