Review on Fat Daddio'S Anodized Aluminum Springform Pan - 6 X 3 Inch, Silver by Misty Mcclellan

I purchased this pan to make small cheesecakes, but it doesn't work for me. The pan is sturdy and very professional looking, but I'm not a fan of the half inch lip that goes all the way around the bottom of it. I cook my cheesecakes in a water bath and the lip makes it extremely difficult to foil wrap the pan. I have tried the pan a few times but each time has been a fail. Each time I have carefully wrapped the pan, but water managed to leak through the foil and make the cheesecake soggy. I didn't take any stars off since the pan is exactly as described.I should have paid better attention when making the purchase. If I ever decide to make a no water bath cheesecake then I'm sure this pan will do a good job.
