Great Platform for Salesforce users

This solution helps us with several of our tasks which included, but were not limited to, sales pipeline management, customer service/customer support automation, time reporting. The platform has some challenges in using it. It is difficult at times to navigate. There's also a large learning curve to get up to speed with all the functionalites. The benefits are vast! We've seen a marked improvement from a process standpoint. From an analytics perspective we have more robust tools to support our business decisions which includes forecasts, predictive models, etc. There might be better solutions out there, but this is what we're running with and have seen benefits so far. Customer service and data analysis. It's easy to use, it's simple to navigate (no learning curve), I can create campaigns in a few hours - not days or weeks like other software out there. The analytics are sometimes hard to understand but they're working towards making them easier to interpret. We've been able to do some amazing things with this tool as well as save time by creating our own templates instead of relying on those from third party suppliers.
