Great Platform for Salesforce users

This solution helps us with several of our tasks which included, but were not limited to, sales pipeline management, customer service/customer support automation, time reporting. The platform has some challenges in using it. It is difficult at times to navigate. There's also a large learning curve to get up to speed with all the functionalites. The benefits are vast! We've seen a marked improvement from a process standpoint. From an analytics perspective we have more robust tools to support our

Best Customer Tracking Software - Love everything except inability

I like how it is super simple to use, can be used by multiple teams at once! It's also very easy to create custom tabs/reports within this software. Also great support team behind them- they are always willing to help with any question or issue you have when using their product. The only thing I dislike about VFaqt (which isn't really an improvement) would be some of the reporting options aren't as flexible as other programs out there such as Marketo which allow much more flexibility in terms…

Review about Zuora Cloud ERP (formerly known as Odoo)

The ease of use, it's intuitive design and the ability to add new products to your catalog in minutes. I like how easy it is to train the system with our current inventory and pricing. It also has an excellent reporting tool. I dislike that you can't download the data into Excel or other systems. You have to export it into a CSV file.
