Review on VisualFabriq by Cody Hunt

I like how it is super simple to use, can be used by multiple teams at once! It's also very easy to create custom tabs/reports within this software. Also great support team behind them- they are always willing to help with any question or issue you have when using their product. The only thing I dislike about VFaqt (which isn't really an improvement) would be some of the reporting options aren't as flexible as other programs out there such as Marketo which allow much more flexibility in terms of creating different reports. We've solved our need for tracking customer activity from lead through purchase but we're now able to get insights into where customers drop off after clicking 'add to cart' too. This has been key since new products come along every month adding value to existing ones so not having those metrics available previously was preventing us from seeing if what we were doing was effective enough before launching something totally brand spanking new.
