I use them as water props to wrap around emerging plant roots. They do really well and help small plants stay upright in the water. However, I will say that they dissolve in peroxide (useful for mold prevention). So if you use them in the water they are in, be careful. They hold water very well! Exactly as described. I put a teaspoon of these in a bowl of water and they expand quickly! Excellent value for money and quality. It may seem like you only got a tiny amount when drying, but I can assure you that they are fantastic value for money.
