Review on Durable Thirteen Chefs Plastic Cutting Board - Commercial Carving Board for Kitchen - White (20 x 15 inch) by Nicholas Kanat

Due to this whole COVID situation, I'm more into home cooking. This thing is great for cooking large chunks of meat. The drainage channel around the edges is great for catching juice rather than dripping all over the table or just letting the meat sit in it (would ruin a good steak). I've looked at large planks of wood like Boos blocks, but honestly, the ease of maintenance won me over. It's quite large and sturdy, but only fits in the 2nd rack of my dishwasher. I am very wary of food contamination so just tossing this in my dishwasher on the sanitize cycle is very convenient.
