Review on Magiftbox by Nate Eich

The quality of the products and the customer support at Magiftbox greatly dissatisfied me as a product manager. The clothes and sneakers I ordered were of very low quality and were nothing like what was advertised online. The packing was also unprofessional and of low quality. When I tried to contact customer support, I was greeted with silence and indifference. They were unconcerned with my worries and gave me little help in finding a solution. In general, Magiftbox does not meet my standards for either product quality or customer service, so I cannot suggest them. In my opinion as product manager, the business needs major upgrades to stay competitive.
