Welcome to PetPlanet, an online store that claims to offer the lowest prices for various pet accessories at a fast delivery rate. It is a United Kingdom based platform that has been in business since 1999 which means it has gathered more than 20 years of experience in pet management and marketing. Since its launch, PetPlanet has actually established a good social media presence and currently has more than 15,000 followers on Instagram which means it is pretty popular amongst pet owners in United Kingdom and beyond. I don't understand what happening with the platform presently, it seems like they are undergoing a maintenance because I wasn't able to access the store online hence I couldn't determine the quality of the web design, speed of delivery etc. But I came across alot of reviews from users of the platform on Trust Pilot and most of the reviews all contained negative remarks about the store, most of which were complaining of the poor customer support offered. I strongly advise against using the platform for now, its status is still undeterminable!
