Caution! I was so excited to buy this book for my daughter because she loves listening to Chinese nursery rhymes. After a few days, the book I received stopped working. I changed the batteries but the book still doesn't work. I contacted Revain and they sent me a replacement (thanks Revain!) and the same thing happened a few days later (that book stopped working too). I decided to go straight to the source and contact the Kali books support team. They said they had no idea why this happened and sent me a new book. Guess what happened next? Also this book - directly from the company - stopped working after a few days. I wrote back to support and they were less than helpful. They said as I had already received three books and a refund from Revain was all they could do. They tried to downplay the situation when I received a refund from Revain for a book/replacement book I had purchased and a 'free' book from them. Yes, I did get a refund, but what about the time I spent printing return labels, returning two books to Revain, contacting Cali customer service, and most importantly, the disappointment on my daughter's face at each one Time she pushed the button and the music turned off? don't start They had the audacity to say they would give me a discount code if I wanted to buy another book. Who in their right mind would buy another book after receiving three faulty books? It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Do not buy from this company.
