Works well while working. The tip can break easily, replacement costs a little more. I recommend removing the tip after each use. The tip of the intake hose (so that the hose reaches the bottom of the tank) fell off after a week. I don't know how necessary it is except to use the last ounce. After a month, the o-ring has expanded (probably due to the mouthwash to cover up a bad taste that the device washes away) so I can't close the tank. I will be contacting the manufacturer for replacement parts due to my Revain return period having expired but within 1 year of the unit's warranty. Here's (and minor changes to my initial review): I called Waterpik toll free. number and gave them my model number, a description of my problem and my serial number (stamped lightly on the block behind the detachable tank). They didn't have a separate O-ring or spare tank, so they offered to supply a new block. They recommend cleaning with white vinegar once a month, how can you clean the coffee maker. We have hard water so I will do this as the device works fine when working) after using the new device for some time.
