If you have a Braava M6 mop, you need reusable pads because disposable pads are ridiculously expensive (about a dollar each!). I bought two sets of reusable cloths to clean a few areas of the floor each day. When I wash, I just throw the pads in (after washing off the dirt) and they come out fine. Dry pads have much fluffier and longer fibers and pick up a lot of dirt and dog hair. I use damp pads more often as a damp mop naturally makes the floor much cleaner. (And I should point out that the floor is a lot cleaner than with the Swiffer.) It really is like washing the floor every day.
