I have mixed feelings about this product. It's difficult to set up as you have to try everything in the house to find the best spot for more than 1 bar service. After installing an external antenna towards the cell tower, I placed the internal parts around the whole house by trial and error. I finally found a spot where the signal booster gives me 4 bars of cellular coverage, but I have to stand about a foot away from it. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, I was told up to 5,000 square feet of maintenance would be required, but that doesn't mean it will go that far. So basically if it only gives me a 1 to 2 foot range then that's all I get and I have to sit right in front of this thing if I want more than 1 bar. If I knew that, I would just buy a cheaper one with a shorter range.
