Perfect for what they are

Works great no problems. Crimped on the right, good strain relief of the outer insulation. A 6-wire twisted pair flat cable should be used for ease of assembly and correct alignment. A 4 wire cable will fit but is narrower than the hole so it will not line up properly with the pins and should not be used.
