Amazing for a workout!

Mix 1.5 scoops and drink during workout. This gives you better lifts and helps you stay in the gym longer. I don't raise anymore without it in my cup. Thanks to the addition of this protein during my workouts, I don't tire as quickly and recover faster. It's light enough not to put pressure on your stomach, so you can drink it and do cardio if you want.
