These rails appear to work well but there is a problem with holding them up to 200lbs. It's difficult to find a faster model that can handle the weight class and doesn't take too much pride in the rear mounting holes. At best, you'll hear a click as the sled hits the ground faster as it retracts, at worst, it won't retract. It looks like there is a metal stop/tab on the back of the inner carriage that doesn't allow enough clearance for the carriage frame, so any faster than 1/8" high will cause a problem that could actually its less than 1/8". Unfortunately, this tab is difficult to access, so it can't be easily deleted. For the mounting holes on the front of the bolt, this isn't a problem because the metal tab doesn't slide up that far.
