Feels good! in massage balls
My only complaint is that there are no instructions or suggested uses. I thought the 4 settings were just different strengths, but was surprised when one of my kids stopped on the 3rd setting and instead of constantly vibrating, was pedaling. My "complaint" doesn't change my 5 star rating. I experimented with how best to use it on different muscle groups. It really goes deep into my tight muscles and I am very happy with the results.
