I received this product a few days ago and my 83 lb lab is using it like a pro! I bought the 3rd stage because I only need it to get into the back of the Prius which is pretty low to the ground. That works great! Riley has stiffness in his hips and has a hard time jumping into my car - he keeps bumping his back foot and injuring it every time. Now we just open the back of the car, I lean the ladder against the car and he's safe and sound, no injuries. I am very happy with this product and will probably buy another one for my truck in the near future.
