I like that it has all of my contacts in one place, which is great for keeping track of what's going on with each client or prospect! It also makes scheduling meetings easy because you can see who else is available at any given time to meet up with them! There are other platforms out there but nothing beats this software when it comes down to ease-of-use, speed, reliability, etc. We use CBot as our CRM/meeting scheduler and we love how well it works together. The only thing about CBot would be if they added more features such as video conferencing capabilities so everyone could participate from anywhere around the world (which is something we're looking into).
