WHEN THE BRAKE LIGHT IS ACTIVE IT DON'T LIGHT UP AT ALL

The tail light doesn't come on at all when braking. I'm not exaggerating. This is a safety hazard on the road. It looks more like a toy than a DOT-approved brake light. you have been warned
