I've been struggling with mild to moderate dandruff for years. I have VERY long hair. Last year my dog had fleas and I was afraid they would jump on my hair so I washed them with dish soap. Needless to say, my dandruff got a bit out of control afterwards. I tried just about everything for a good month: head and shoulders, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil and natural shampoo, blue selsun, baby oil, coconut oil and baking soda. I even tried not to wash, as I often thought my scalp might be too dry. Nothing helped, but something made it worse. I was skeptical about this shampoo as nothing else worked, but decided to give it a try. I thought it might make my hair too greasy like most 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioners do but my hair feels very clean after washing with this shampoo. I've been using it for a few weeks now and can barely see a tiny flake. I can't remember the last time I cleaned my scalp like this. I use it every other day instead of baby shampoo and follow the directions and leave it on for a few minutes. I like the smell as it is quite fresh and subtle. I am very happy that I found this shampoo. Everyone is different, but it's definitely worth a try.
