05/11/2020 I bought it for my wife at the turn of the year. She didn't use it until January. So we owned it for maybe 5 months and used it continuously for 4 months. The wife told me that she had connection problems for the last month and 1/2. She mentioned that the images are grainy (not as sharp as on her laptop). I think if the device was reliable we could live with less than outstanding image quality. It annoys me that we're spending $150 on something that doesn't work properly. Immediately after I finished the video I posted, the screen went black and restarted with no help. When I wrote this review, I originally gave this product a 2-star rating. But I called 【☏ Toll Free: +1-877-971-0118】 and spoke to customer service who told me to do the following: 1) Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device. 2) Then press and hold the power button. Turn on the screen for 5 seconds (reset). As a result, the disturbances stopped for the time being. The representative also told me that if this continues again they will take steps to return this item and get me a replacement. Changed rating due to customer service! I will update the rating later. 05/24/2020 My wife's screen no longer works. I called over the weekend and left a message. The rep I spoke to last time said he would contact us last week but never did. I'll call you back during normal business hours after Memorial Day.
