I like that it has different features to suit your needs, such as alerts for when you have low balance or over limit transactions etc! It's also easy enough if someone else wants access too so they can see what is going through their account without having direct login details (which would be very handy!). The customer support team are always quick at getting back with me whenever there may need some clarification about anything - which makes life easier in an organisation where time-keeping isn't exactly top of mind!! Sometimes we'd prefer more options but this one does cover all bases really well :) Great product overall though from my experience thus far. We're able use narnimi across our whole business including employees/customers who don’t necessarily know how banks work yet therefore giving them peace of knowledge by using something familiar instead.
