Quality Issues for Craft Kits

The birdhouse is poorly finished. One side of the chain is not properly engaged. The screws were screwed in at an angle; so one page was separated on arrival. In addition, rain enters through the holes through which the chain runs. The birds don't appreciate it. I'm not sure if they want to use it at all. The feeder has the same problem with the top holes letting the rain through. If I remember correctly, I'll leave them as they donated to the ASPCA. .
