Good cheap vulcanized skate shoes! The sole is sooo thin but I like the feel of the board. If you bomb stairs, you may need thicker insoles or different shoes! A little big but still tight with laces. A review revealed that they are not durable after one person has worn them for 5 months. Any shoe will fail if your feet are wide enough and the gait is not ideal, especially with months of use. These are SKATE shoes and the under $30 are VERY CHEAP considering they have triple stitching which is almost impossible to find on modern skate shoes (aka NOT tech shoes). I've ridden these HARDs about 5 times and they didn't even show wear during the first 2 sessions. However, I would say it's average durability (as they average 2-3 weeks of riding) apart from that extra stitching which makes a BIG difference!
