The product itself is great, easy to put together and works as it should. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE WIRE. It's a joke, the first one broke after 10 cuts of my CP soap that wasn't fully cured. I assembled according to the instructions so I change the wire and the second wire broke after 8 cuts which is ridiculous. I bought this so I don't have to cut the bc manually, I can't line up every bar and it takes longer! I don't have time to order more so I'm extremely dissatisfied with the wires. I always have to get a pair of pliers to fix the ones I have. I wish I could give it more stars but it just can't get the job done in the time it takes me without the extra work. If you are ordering this be sure to get the highest quality wires as they will not. Everything else is perfect.
