Recommended whole house filter when used with RS6
I use it as a second filter, the first is the RS6. I change filters every six months. I am happy with their performance. They are relatively easy to install. When changing the filter, I carefully clean the housing shell and the O-ring. I put a very small amount of silicone oil on the o-ring to facilitate a watertight seal when tightening the case. Silicone oil also makes opening the case easier.
- 15,000 GAL CAPACITY. Replace every 6 months or if you notice a drop in pressure or water quality
