This product has helped us to improve our quality of service for our customers. It also has helped us to be more efficient in handling customer data. We have been able to integrate several applications into one platform that helps us to handle all our communication needs. There are some features that we would like to see improved but they are not too expensive so I don't think it's something that can be overlooked. We are solving problems related to customer data management. We are also improving our overall quality of service.
