We were able to connect many of our systems together for both internal use as well as customer reporting needs. The support staff was very quick to help out when we needed it. It's not always easy to find answers or get what you need sometimes, but they are there to help. I would like more flexibility with some features. For example, we have an employee portal where people can log into using their own social media profiles so we don't want them logging into something else while they're at work.
