Didn't work for me in drills

I've tried drilling through travertine with a 1/4" bit but not making much progress. I watched a few YouTube videos before starting but it didn't help. Blame it on my inexperience.

Pros

Dry drill bit construction: Diamond drill bit with wax lubricant inside that melts and cools the cutting surface when dry drilling; You can use water as an additional coolant to extend the life of the drill.

Cons
