Terrible cooking bags!

I have used a variety of cooking bags over the years and all have performed as expected. These bags are terrible: they are almost impossible to open; they are thin. Two bags were ripped when I tried to fit an 11-pound turkey in; Plastic "ties" hardly stretch, making them extremely difficult to use; and the turkey never browns unlike any other turkey I've ever cooked in a bag. What an awful experience. I threw the rest away. It's not worth my time to return them for a refund!
