We had version 1.0 almost since the day it was released and it worked very well. Easy to use and keep clean, but it eventually broke down. This model arrived today and the first thing we noticed was a MUCH shorter power cord which had to rearrange our kitchen counter to accommodate it. Also, it was much taller and wider than our original model and the "artwork" on the Revain page. We used to close the lid and press the brew button to start the cup. Now you have to wait for the water to drain into another secondary tank before you can close the lid and press the brew button. Why? What practical purpose does this serve? No, as far as I can see. In addition, our original model had a clear "level" line. NOT in it, to avoid overfilling the tank, you must pre-measure each cup to avoid overflowing and messing up! Another waste of time! When time is of the essence and you walk out the door in the morning with a fresh, hot cup of coffee in hand, this design will disappoint! Also very loud! This will be the last Keurig I buy! After only a few days with us it's been working together quite well...it's not pumping water from the top into the bottom tank at all. Garbage! Return it for a full refund and buy another brand! ZERO STARS!
