Review on 6-Inch Stiff Boning Knife with Black Handle by Mercer Culinary Millennia by Alicia Jones

I ordered the 6 inch boning knife and I couldn't be happier. When I first got my hands on it, I was very surprised by the weight and original quality, but as we know, as long as it's not sharp and stays sharp, it doesn't matter. Well, I had it not long ago, but I sliced off a full packer chest, three tri-tips, and five bullet eyes, and it cut through everything like butter. It's tough enough to cut through the thick, chewy breast fat, but I can slice through all of the silvery skin with little to no flesh. I would recommend it to all my friends.
