The first unit I bought had problems with false alarms. Channels I wasn't using called randomly - usually in the middle of the night. I contacted support and after the usual Q&A session they sent me a new module through Revain. This block works as advertised. Be prepared to adjust the sensitivity of the IR unit until you have adjusted it. I had to set it to the lowest setting and tilt the device to prevent traffic from sticking to the road. The interior of the alarm could benefit from a backup battery or charging system allowing the use of rechargeable batteries along with the power cord. Every time you turn off the alarm, you have to reset the clock. Doesn't break the deal, but it's annoying. The alarm clock also has a few built-in sounds - all but a few are annoying. Luckily, you can choose the sound you want to associate with each channel. I am giving this 5 stars because of the excellent response from the support team. That's rare these days.
