The pasta cutters work but the roller doesn't work. I ended up rolling out the dough with a rolling pin and then serving the dough on the cutting attachments. I tried feeding the flattened dough into the roller but it wouldn't go through the roller. I've tried a higher speed, I've tried sprinkling the dough, I've even tried feeding and skipping the dough I'd flattened with a rolling pin. The dough curled when it came out, if it came out at all. I'll try again but if that doesn't work I'll buy a better roll and just use cutters. Oh, and the knob you pull out to change thickness settings on the roller doesn't seem to ratchet like it should. You can really turn that.
