As this is my first build and has so many different fans I have decided to just stick with these. They're pretty decent fans if the price doesn't put you off. They have enough airflow to be used as exhaust fans, and while they aren't PWM fans, you can still control the fan speed with DC voltage if your motherboard has that capability. The fan housing is quite solid and not flimsy. The white LEDs only serve to illuminate the inside of the housing. I read some reviews that said the brightness of the LEDs changes depending on the speed of the fans. Maybe it was just the older models, because I couldn't see any real change in brightness. How bright they are, they give off a nice soft white glow and brighten up the interior without blinding you when you're sitting in a dark room. If you're not going the RGB route but are still looking for LED fans. This is a worthwhile purchase.
