I like that it can be integrated with other applications, such as MS Excel or Outlook so invoices are easily kept up to date without having too much effort put into printing them out individually each month! It's easy for people who know nothing about computers but just click their mouse once a week - no more endless searching through files trying to find what you need from last time when they were doing something else! The software is great at looking after accounts payable and receivable; however this could use some work for small businesses where staff turnover rates may lead to mistakes not being caught quickly enough (or never!).
If someone was considering using this product then my advice would be try before purchasing because there have been issues of late relating to incorrect payments. We used to struggle manually inputting our bills every fortnight but now we get an automatic update sent straight back via email if anything changes which has made things easier by far.
