Review on πŸ’ͺ AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300 Black Edition: 6-Core Processor with Unparalleled Performance by Stanislaw Kobylka (S ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Processor FX 6300. Bought 2 or 3 years ago. Mother Asrock 990 extreme 3. RAM 8gb. In a hard load with two videos (and they bake tho how) and the temperature outside the window is 34 degrees-max. T.-61 degrees. But this was once when the heat was fierce. So usually 52-55g in load. The flight takes 4.8. NO! 1) you need a good case for this (I have an XCLIO with two 200mm fans on the sidewall 2) Replacing thermal paste on the processor, on the north and south bridges (I have Arctic cooling mx 4) 3) And a lot, a LOT of fans)) namely 40mm to the southbridge, 50mm to the northbridge, 2nd fan to the cooler for blowing out (fortunately CNPX 10 allows) 120mm to the back wall. All stress tests passed. One frustrating thing is that the FX 6300 campaign will not reveal new video cards (970 for example) to the full . even in fierce overclocking. let's take the same World of Tanks - I have no overclocking of the processor, almost at max settings. with vert. Sync 60fps, but there are drawdowns up to 50 fps, in especially difficult scenes. When overclocked, everything immediately falls into place and there are no more drawdowns in any game. The same GTA 5 on ultra settings. Smoothing is x2-stable, ALWAYS! 60 fps. But the bottom line is that these are old video cards and they cannot be said to be very powerful, even in the slab.

Pros
  • Price, power.
