Does not have a thermostat!

Someone commented hat this has a thermostat and that is not correct and advertising should say it does not have a thermostat. This unit stays on until you turn it off and is manual control. It heats up my 14x14 off grid cabin just fine on low and is well made but I wanted a thermostat control so I can leave the cabin for extended periods.

Pros

It is working really good I had it all winter last year there is no issues with it

Cons

Flame can be too bright or too dim, depending on conditions

I put this heater in my 40'' foot trailer because our old one broke down. It heats up fast but becomes much too hot because I made the mistake of not getting it with a thermostat. It probably would be better in a larger space.
