Never got it to ignite. I could hear LP gas but no light. Could see the igniter worked but still no light. I gave up. It would be nice to have everything that you need to hook it up. I asked Mr.Heater and wondered what I needed and they told me the wrong stuff to hook it up. I would think if your heater can only be used on LP tanks it would come with the fittings. Nope that’s all extra

It uses way too much gas! Has to be more efficient heaters out there! It does put heat out! But you better have lots of gas available!

The parts to connect the gas are not included, about another $30 in parts to connect as per the directions. Once done the heater pumps out the heat. Only two settings high, and low, there is no internal thermostat so it is a constant run, my bad for not checking first.

The 10,000 BTU unit is not as warm as I expected given its size. It’s adequate to warm up, just not a furnace. Great quality.

Was used to keep animals warm doing a great job. Its 8 deg outside and warm as I want it for the animals will buy this again. Thanks for attention.

This little heater works so well! I bought it to use in my 40ft trailer this winter along with my two existing heaters as it can get down into the teens some night. So far its worked really well and is great at heating up the space fast. Its bigger than I expected but overall isn't bad looking. The only complaint is that it doesn't come with the hoses to connect it. It took me two trips to the hardware store, but I finally figured it out. I just had the most incredible string of bad luck with portable propane heaters. This made the third (though a different model heater) Mr. Heater propane heater that has been a disappointment. The good news is that this one actually had gas being emitted. The bad news is that it was leaking inside the back of the unit as well as the front element and I couldn't hear it. I have 2 Mr. Buddy heaters and have no problems. I wanted this Mr. Heater to warm my small bunk house for hunting. I cannot get the pilot to light. I tried all the troubleshooting with no success. I will go back to my Mr. Buddy to heat the bunkhouse. Working Now. It Needed a low-pressure regulator like a BBQ. The Mr. Buddy's did not need the low-pressure regulator. It works really well now! Heats up the bunkhouse and I now use it in my garage. :-)

I used as an RV heater, it is made well, CO2 shutoff, tip feature; says no need to vent, but I do (small opening). Great if you realize infrared heats objects, then objects heat the air. If your doors open and close a lot, you might not get the most out of this. I got this a week ago and played like hades to stop leaking, only to find it is leaking WITHIN the unit. I've been on hold with their customer service line for about 45 minutes now just waiting to hear from someone.I have a gas leak detector and all connections are great - no leaks. But when I turn on the LP and place the leak detector AWAY from the connections, it goes off almost immediately. At first it was giving me the hardest time to use it. But once I got all the right parts and after about an hour of frustration and about 80$ in parts, I finally got it. I'm only having it for emergencies I am in PA and dont have a fire place yet but with covid and the world the way it is I like to be ready for anything. Good heat so far I cant say how long a tank will last but for an average joe like my self good product.

Works ok but it left us cold one night in our fishing shanty it was a long cold night to sleep good thing it was 20s! for some reason it wouldn’t fire the pilot light but the burners would light and it wasn’t good then it wouldn’t light at all it worked on shore when we installed it then the third time it just wouldn’t fire at all and it’s either hot or f$&@ HOTT! There’s no high low like it says would be ok for a shop but doesn’t work for a camper going to buy a bigger one they work better!

Bought this for our lake cottage. Weather finally broke enough to get up to install it. Tried two different regulator/hose set ups and 2 different known full tanks. Does not allow gas through to even light pilot.I worked with installing commercial kitchens and suppression systems for 10 years. I mounted my heater on my covered front porch. So propane hose and tank hookup was very easy compared to what might be involved with indoor installation. Mounting heater on wall with four screws was extremely easy. This heater is advertised as radiant. I don't think that is accurate or truthful. However on the high setting, this heater heats up area nicely and does the job. Overall, great heater. Keep your eyes out for "used" offers in Ebay. This heater almost killed my wife it doesn't give off a lot of carbon monoxide but it gives off enough that if someone doesn't feel good and has not well it can make I'm very sick my wife had two strokes from this thing I would never ever recommend this thing again thank you

Someone commented hat this has a thermostat and that is not correct and advertising should say it does not have a thermostat. This unit stays on until you turn it off and is manual control. It heats up my 14x14 off grid cabin just fine on low and is well made but I wanted a thermostat control so I can leave the cabin for extended periods.

I would have liked it better if they spent the extra dollar and included the male to make connector that’s required to connect it to a hose.

Its my main heat source. This baby put off great heat. You do have to install a regulator no matter what or it wont work. No thermostat.

Now that I've purchased this I have a radiant heat one and a blue flame style of heater. I like that this one can radiate the heat across the room. Which is different than the blue flame. The blue flame you don't feel when you walk past it necessarily because most of the heat goes up and slowly fills the room. So when I'm cold I can stand next to this one and feel the heat in front of it rather than just above it 👍
