I like best the system of workflows, which are created for each customer, it helps to keep track of all the tasks and changes. We were using an old version of this software, but recently we updated to the latest release. The new version offers many improvements, especially in the area of reporting.It is very easy to use, you can configure everything you need right away. I have not found anything bad, so far. For now, I can recommend it. It's a great tool if you have a complex workflow. You can easily create your own workflows.I'm solving problems related to IT management and information control.
