Lenses in these glasses do not block blue light as described. I have another pair that are FDA cleared and the difference in these glasses is huge and the eye strain is minimized MUCH LESS. They're incredibly cute, comfortable and lightweight, but a great pair of suit lenses with very little blue light reduction. I would recommend getting an FDA approved pair if you want real relief. I bought clear lenses so tinted ones might give more relief (although I'd be skeptical).
