For the price this tape is absolutely fantastic. It is not perfect, hence the 4 star review but it does work well enough. I use it for Snatch and Clean and Jerk and I tape my thumbs with it. I am 6'5" about 255lbs and for me the tape does come off sometimes but the price and amount that I have made it not that big of a deal because I could just tape it back up. The only thing that i would recommend to improve is to make it possibly stick better in order to keep it from sliding off of my thumbs.
